Candidates for this exam typically include network administrators, network managers, solution architects, functional consultants, partners, and project managers. This exam is also appropriate for sales staff who have a business software solutions background and want to demonstrate foundational understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application.
Candidates should have an understanding of the basic components and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Online Business Solutions. They should also have an understanding of client device management and network administration.

This certification examination measures your ability to successfully deploy Dynamics 365 and effectively support, manage its implementation for multiple types of enterprise and client environments and assess your understanding of how to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications.
Time requirements
Microsoft Dynamics exam times typically range between 60 -- 160 minutes. Note that this time does not include any additional time required for validating your identification, reviewing instructions, providing comments, and calculating your score.
